Installation

The LD Refund Bot installation instructions.

1. Invite the LD Refund Bot to your Discord server by pressing here.

2. Once LD Refund Bot is in your Discord you will first need to set up your license key with the /setup license command. The license key was sent to your email when you made the purchase.

3. Now set the role that refunds can give using the /setup role command.

4. Now set the log channel where the logs of the refunds will be placed using the /setup log_channel command.

5. If you have ESX you have an items table in your database you can set it up so that the bot checks if the item you want to refund is in that table. Set this via the /setup item command.

6. The last and most difficult step is to set up the database:

   1. Create a new database user with full permissions in Heidisql for the Refund Bot to connect to your database.

   2. Now set up the database that allows the LD Refund Bot to connect to your database using the /setup database command.

      • If the bot cannot connect, it could be that you entered the data incorrectly or that your DDoS protection is blocking the bot. To whitelist the bot to your DDoS protection contact your hosting provider and ask if they can whitelist the IP: 185.228.82.188
